What cause in Shoulder Pain?

Several factors and conditions can contribute to shoulder pain. The most common cause of shoulder pain is rotator cuff tendonitis. This problem is usually characterized by swollen tendons.Sometimes, shoulder pain is caused by an injury to another part of the body, such as the neck or biceps. This pain is known as referred pain. Referral pain usually does not worsen with shoulder movement.There are Other causes of shoulder pain include:

The shoulder is the most mobile body”s joint, but this advantage exposes it to serious injuries. The soft tissue around the shoulder is damaged and causes its instability. The tendons and ligaments around the shoulder can be easily injured during sports or doing daily tasks, and sometimes the treatment of these injuries requires months of treatment.Preventing Shoulder Pain isn’t easy but there are some ways to prevent that can be include:

1.Always warm up.

2.Increase shoulder strength.

3.Cross-train.

4.Rest.

5.Change your sleeping position.

6.Correct  sports performance  techniques.
