The best way to prevent the hip injuries that cause a burning is to maintain a healthy weight by developing good eating habits, committing to an exercise routine and frequently stretching in addition there are many ways to prevent hip pain my include: 

1.Maintain a Healthy  

2.Practice Proper Posture. 

3.Cushion Hips and Knees While Sleeping. 

4.Wear Comfortable, Supportive Shoes. 

5.Warm Up and Stretch Before and After Exercise. 

6.Incorporate Resistance Training into Your Workouts. 

7.Modify Exercises as Needed.
