What cause pain in Arm? 

Arm pain can be caused by a wide variety of problems, ranging from joint injuries to compressed nerves. Depending on the cause, arm pain can start suddenly or develop over time. In many cases, arm pain actually originates from a problem in your neck or upper spine. Arm pain, particularly pain that radiates into your left arm, can even be a sign of a heart attack. 

Types of Arm Pain

Causes of arm pain and the accompanying symptoms can range from mild to severe.Most of the time arm pain isn’t a sign of a medical emergency. In many cases, you can treat arm pain with home remedies. However, you should get emergency medical in some cases.There are many types of Arm Pain which may include: 

1.Acute Injuries,Bruises

2. Injuries to the tough

3. Ropey fibers,

4.Pulled muscles,

5.Muscle ruptures

6.Broken bones,

7.Pulling or pushing bones

8. Hairline cracks in bones of the Arm.   

Symptoms that may include Arm pain 

Arm pain can be mild to severe and exists in many different forms, from a shooting or stabbing pain to one that’s more of a dull ache. It can develop suddenly or gradually and may be accompanied by other symptoms, depending on the underlying condition.

Redness or bruising, Tingling ,Numbness, Weakness, Stiffness, Swelling, Tenderness, Limited range of motion and  Swollen lymph glands under the arm are the symptoms may include Arm Pain.

Preventing Arm pain 

In many cases, arm pain occurs due to a preventable injury or condition. You can do the following to prevent injury and arm pain: 

1.stretch regularly, particularly before exercising 

2.Make sure you have the correct form for the exercises you’re performing to prevent injury 

3.wear protective equipment while playing sports 

4.stay in shape 

5.lift objects carefully
